ÿ Leading and Managing 8 accounts and 8 member team.
ÿ Interacting with the Client POC’s directly and getting more Business.
ÿ Attending conference meeting and passing updates to team.
ÿ Pushing team to meet their individual & team targets to be achieved.
ÿ Poses strong sourcing skills in terms of all kind of skills/ technologies and domains.
ÿ Individually sourcing and doing all End to End activity for all senior and super niche skills.
ÿ Acquiring new clients and giving the delivery accordingly.
Vendor Management:
ÿ Signing up all new vendor partners.
ÿ Interacting all the vendors and conducting conference call.
ÿ Sharing all niche requirements with the vendors and briefing the exact project need.
ÿ Forwarding the profiles share by vendors to project team and reverting back with feedback.
ÿ Sharing meeting calendars, Conducting Vendor daily online meeting and monthly Basis, to give
an overview on the Current requirements.
ÿ Attending Vendor Calls for solving of any query relating to requirements, recruitments, deadline
for recruitments, etc.
Quality Control (QC):
ÿ ISO 9001 Quality management systems
ÿ Controlling the quality of the delivery
ÿ Since we are iSO Certified we have to maintain the quality of the application product.
ÿ Maintain the survey of the market and checking the quality with the quality control team (QC)
before it get dispatched.
