- check the shipment status on the port to avoid damagers and detention
- communicate with custom clearance agent and provide documentation needed to do custom clearance

- Transportation and distribution
- Determine assign work procedures for logistic employees
- Follow-up on distribution procedures and set action plans for outgoing deliveries based on production plan
- Make delivery plan monthly, weekly, daily and send to warehouse for loading
- Send delivery plan for customer in regular basis, and inform if sudden changes happen
- Distribute units for multiple warehouses and different locations in Saudi Arabia,
- manage transportation contract, bidding, selection, and cost reduction,
- check the financial capability and the transporter fleet capacity
- check insurance coverage for the shipments by transporter
- select type of trucks, flat bed, side wall, curten side, suite for the delivery of the units
- select type of container 40FT, 20FT, from shipping line suite for the delivery of the units
- Ensure Quality and Safety standards are met in trucks and containers

- Warehouse management
- Manage warehouse outbound operation by checking daily delivery plan
- Manage warehouse supervisor, formen and staff by assign daily work
- Create all invoices, packing list and delivery notes for the shipment using GERP systems
- Manage units loading, storage, arrangement, check warehouse equipment and forklift, side clamp, location No, 5S,
- Manage all inbound operation and make sure all raw material are in good matter, store all raw material in correct location, manage warehouse expense, inventory turn over, pallet arrangment
- Make sure raw material stock is available for daily production plan
- maintain and control the inventory and Ensure Quality and Safety standards are met in the WH
