Al Mafraq Square Development. The project consists of Commercial Shopping Mall, 11 Residential and Commercial Buildings, 2 Furnished Apartment Hotel Buildings, Masjid, Public Park, Roads and Infrastructure. Budget is estimated at AED 1.21 Billion.

• Improving budgeting by upscaling standards
• Reducing project delivery time by using Fast Track Methods
• Changing/Improving management processes - put in KPIs, improving communication methods…etc.

Strategic Program and Project Management at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company ADNOC

Completed Phase 3 in October 2014: project value AED 3.8B.

Commenced phase 4 in August 2014: project value AED 7.5B. Phase 4 includes 3100 units, 663 luxury villas plus all related infrastructure, facilities and services.

Achievements

Initiated and steered new projects to improve Ruwais City Phases 3 and 4 Expansion objectives.

Delivered Phase 3 under time, reducing timescale from 8 years down to 3.

Increased the rate of delivering projects on time and within budget from less than 25% in the last decade to more than 75%.

Improved budgeting by upscaling standards.

Reduced project delivery time by 10-15%.

Gained trust and influence with the Tender Board to increase the Division budget from AED 250M to AED 1.2B in 2 years, then to AED 7.5B in 2014.

Invited by ADNOC to work directly with to manage and direct all improvement implementations alongside multi-projects.
