Manages the process of handling general queries/complaints of the customers in accordance with procedures and rules of the department to ensure provision of operative and qualitative information on company services and handling applications and complaints of the customers.
Provides service information and resolves customer issues within his/her competence.
Handling the daily cash collections and maintain stocks and report to Support.
Operating the Q-management system with accuracy.
Registration of the documents received and its submission to the responsible person as well as filing.
Running all the schemes operated by the marketing department with effectiveness and ease.
Handling the complaints received from the customers forwarding it to the immediate superior.
Handling the problematic subscriber’s queries, follow up and getting feedback.
Maintain the work flow, schedules/shifts defined by the Superior.
Implementing the friendliest customer care concept by serving the customers with a smile.
Keeping the work premises and counter clean following the brand guideline.
To train representative on new product/service on regular basic.
Monitoring sales and implementing customer friendliness

Monitoring project status of six districts.
Advocating WRA about Family Planning services
