Approximately 80-100 tenders purchased every month from various Ministries in different locations around Saudi Arabia with stringent deadlines for purchase and delivery.
• Undertaken special assignment from design to delivery of complete Head Office mobilization to new premises as well as on-going expansions on current and additional office premises - covering procurement of materials, services, furniture and overseeing contractors for civil, HVAC, mechanical, fire & security, time & attendance, CCTV; negotiation with real-estate owners on rental rates and agreements; and ongoing facilities management through a team of facilities management staff.
• Monitoring and identifying facilities, buildings and offices maintenance, and security needs and supervising a team of maintenance crew for maintenance of Company’s projects and properties including offices and staff accommodation.
