AL-RAJHI BANK has recognized the need for replacing his brokerage ( front office & back office ) system which was the most critical system at the bank in terms of availability size, etc..Also, from a business perspective it was the most strategic system at the bank since it returns a major part of the bank’s yearly revenues; need for developing a Decision Support System to support their growing business needs. They have decided to implement a full fledge Oracle business suite including ERP, HRMS and CRM; identify all quick wins processes on the bank level then to initiates an internal projects to execute all recommendations on a projects bases .
