Recruit, lead, support and assess translation team. Create deadlines and oversea team’s work. Effectively communicate to the team, the details of the project, and their expectations, and responsibilities.

Familiarized newly arrived refugee status immigrant English learners with various locations (bank, library, post office, pharmacy, etc.) throughout their local community to accustom them to their new environment, and teach necessary skills such as how to send a letter or write a check.
Instructed grades K-6 in Islamic Studies and physical education lessons. Produced lesson plans and assessments.
