1. Making Strategic Plans for Business Development and Marketing, Direct Customer Interaction and communications, Merchandising of Home Textiles. Overall working experience with the buyers of Germany, France and Holland regions
2. Sound knowledge in product design and sizes for UK and Central Europe
3. Product pricing and consumption control for home textiles i.e. fabrics and made-up
4. Technical Coordination at various stages of processing starting from greige (gray) through pretreatment, dyeing, printing, finishing and folding to stitching and packing, Quality production targets and quality management, Shades/samples approval after every step of wet processing, Regular follow-ups of production on floor and Daily Production Report update.
5. Production Planning: Time motion studies, Try to minimize the machine downtimes, fabric shortfall via reducing the fault occurrence rate and lead times, Selecting suitable fabric from gray for processing and sending under tolerance fabric for stitching to avoid unnecessary costs of processing on faults -containing fabric, Suggesting suitable process routes, Striving for meeting the production shipment deadlines to let the costumer get the quality product on time and every time.
