Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
Doing paper works such as chillers and freezers checklists, staff chore, wastage items, par level, ordering items and inventory.
Making sure all the restaurant standards is reached.
Communicate well to the executive chefs and supervisors.
