Reported directly to the Chairman and Board of Directors in the development and execution of human
resource strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the group.
- Oversaw the HR operations of the hospitality, commercial, corporate arms of the group whilst focusing on
the equine function and the vast requirements of a 3000 strong workforce.
- Supervise the racing requirements for all national and international races whilst ensuring all legal,
governance and compliance standards are met.
- Responsible for investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee predicaments from origin to
conclusion whilst ensuring minimal organisational risk.
- Achieving the development and implementation of fully integrated strategic talent management processes
across the group, lifecycle recruitment, on- and off-boarding, orientation to the organisation, performance
management and professional development.
- Engaged industry experts whilst mapping core business processes to HR requirements; ensuring the adoption
of best practice initiatives.
- Steered the initial COVID-19 financial recovery phases of the group; implementing a sustainable framework in
adapting the business model and reducing costs across the entities whilst managing employee expectations
throughout.
- More recently, directing the human aspect of the mammoth occasion of the 25th
Dubai World Cup, whilst liaising
with all concerned protocol, police, health, municipal and international bodies vital to ensuring the smooth
operation of this event.

Oversight of all operations concerning Meydan activities and racing operations (Dubai Equestrian Club,
Dubai Racing Club) in the United Kingdom whilst managing two UK based offices.
- Ensured compliance with complex UKVI and Home Office rules and regulations, upkeep of business licenses andadherence to international governing bodies.

- Worked Closely with multiple departments ( Foreign Affairs, Police & Media Attachés, Consulate, ) increasingly in a role to coordinate and implement policies and procedures .
- Worked under the Ministry of Education to ensure scholarships were executed efficiently across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
- Organised annual events in partnership with the Crown Prince’s Court ( UAE UK Pioneers Forum).
