Supervision of Tunnelling works.
Supervision pf Installation, testing and handing over of utilities like Sewerage gravity and pumping main, Telecommunication, Portable water, Irrigation, Power and Storm water networks.
Supervision of 1800mm, 2000mm, 2200mm & 2400mm diameter GRP pipeline.
Supervision of highway construction.
Supervision of pumping station construction.
Supervision of deep manhole construction.
Supervising and ensuring the contractor’s workmanship quality.
Advice or instruct sub-contractor’s on the required safety procedures/measures applicable to the site work.
Keeping record of contractor’s progress and certification of bills.
Monitoring and implementation of company’s documented quality system.
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports of project.
Effective communication with whole the project team at all levels with confidence.
