Responsibilities: Preparing and executing Project Quality Plans (PQPs) for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with QMS and identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various QA/QC activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation. Collaborating with project managers and engineering teams to identify and mitigate potential quality issues during the design and construction phases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met across all departments and processes. Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure that employees are aware of and adhere to quality best practices. Investigating quality issues and developing and implementing corrective and preventive action plans. Participating in the selection and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that they meet quality standards. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in quality management and making recommendations for improvements to the quality management system. Coordinating with third-party inspection agencies and clients to facilitate inspections and testing activities. Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances, and implemented corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
Project Handled: The Grand at Dubai Creek Harbour (2 Basements + GF + 2 Podiums + 3rd to 62nd Floors + Garden + 2 Roofs) EMAAR Dubai, UAE Responsibilities: Prepared, reviewed, and submitted Installation and Testing and Commissioning Method Statement and ITP based on the supplier standard, regulations, and recommendations in compliance with Project Specifications. Carried out the inspection and checking for quality-related procedures on the site and ensure activity at the site are as per the approved method statement, quality checklist, and ITP. Performed onsite inspections of the installations, verification of materials, and Testing & Commissioning for Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage systems (Light, Small Power, HV, Fire alarm, CBS, LCS, ICT, CCTV, UPS, Security, etc.) Executed all activities related to the testing and validation of Transformers, LV Switch gears, Generators, etc. in accordance with the design objectives or specifications for operational use and including onsite installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Tests. Issued and administer Non-Conformance, Site Observation Reports, and necessary corrective actions including follow-ups and closing of Internal NCR from the main contractor, SIN, and NCN from the Consultant/Client. Reviewed the quality records on-site and retained them in handover files. Ensuring the preparation and submission of Final Quality Handover Documents as per project requirements such as closeout submittals, warranty certificates, operation, and maintenance manuals.
Project Handled: The Galleria Mall (Al Maryah Central) GULF RELATED Abu Dhabi, UAE Masdar Neighbourhood Housing 2 Musanada Abu Dhabi, UAE Responsibilities: Ensured that all the internal material inspections and work inspections are materialized for MEP services. Ensured proper installation is done from 1 st fix to the final fix based on prequalification in the benchmark standards and method statements. Maintained records of inspections, work executed, etc. Coordinated with site management and the client for appropriate coordination, communication, and documentation related to quality. Successfully tested and commissioned the whole project in advance of the scheduled timeline.
Project Handled: Modification of Existing Buildings to Kitchen, Office & Staff Accommodation H.H Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Engineering Office Abu Dhabi, UAE 6 Residential Villa Construction Projects Mohammed Bin Zayed, Khalifa City, UAE Responsibilities: Design, Calculate and prepare Electrical, Water Supply, Drainage, and Telephone Drawings following the Electrical Codes & Standards, MEP work related to construction as per the requirements of both the Client & Consultant. Estimated the Project, and Prepared the rate analysis which includes the Grounding system, Cables, Cable Trays, Bus Ducts, LV & HV Panels, Capacitor Bank, Lighting Control System, etc. Execute/Supervise MEP works ensuring compliance with standards, specifications & drawings.
