- Developed creative and communication plans to raise awareness of the Australian government’s initiative in Dubai.
- Secured and managed sponsorship of AUD 60, 000 and the Open Day showcasing 15 exhibitors targeting Australian businesses/brands.
- Organized an extensive event program to include networking receptions, cooking competition, educational seminars and other activities supporting the Australian business community in areas of trade, tourism and education.
- Managed budget and timelines for event implementation.
- Secured and developed media engagements in some of the leading broadcasting channels, newspapers and online publications.
- Instrumental in the creation and launch of a regional social media platform for promoting the campaign as well as to support ongoing business opportunities in Australia.

- Coordinated visits for BDMs/TCs from various Austrade offices (South Asia, Bangkok, KSA, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt)
- Organized activities as part of the Gulfood show:
- Webinar - Pre-Departure briefing for new exporters to the region
- Networking Event for Australian exporters to meet with over 100 customers in the UAE and from the region
- Site Visit to one of UAE’s largest catering Unit (Foodpoint)
- Compiled the Middle East Food Handbook and Australian Exhibitor Directory
- Business Matching and provide logistic support
Fine Food (Sept 08)
- Organized and accompanied the Middle East Buyer’s delegation comprising of 10 buyers from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Qatar.
- Assisted with business matching for UAE’s major retailers, Choithram and Al Maya Group during their visit. As a result, 12 Australian brands were identified and exported into various retail outlets in the UAE
