Main Responsibilities includes :-
Updating details of Passport, Resi. Visa. Visa, Labour Card and Personal details in the Orion Window system.
Follow up with Recruitment candidates for job interviews, and respond to employee questions during the Entrance & Exit Interview process.
Explain the Company’s Human Resources Policies to new employees.
Generate each Employee tracking reports each month.
Preparing, Memos, Job Offer Letters, Business Letters, Warning Letters, Promotion Letters, Termination Letters, Appreciation Letters, and Written Undertaking from employees etc.
Handling telephone calls for the company in a proper business manners and phone etiquette.
Perform Administrative / clerical support for admin. Dept maintaining job etiquette.
Arrange conferences, meetings, travel reservations for office personnel.
Taking dictation in shorthand & transcribe information, self drafting letters.
Handling attendance, leave records, incentive claims, passport requisition, Return forms.
Prepare monthly Agenda & draft minutes of the meeting & weekly report to the Chairman & Vice Chairman
The company’s major part was Selling Membership Cards of Privilege Club (Intercontinental Hotel & Crown Plaza Hotel).
I use to report to the Sales General Manager and worked under Sales Division.
Main Responsibilities included:-
Answering and solving the queries of customers regarding the Card and Selling Membership Cards of Privilege Club (Intercontinental Hotel & Crown Plaza Hotel).
