Key Responsibilities:
This position would require the Mechanical Boiler Process Expert to, but not limited to:
• Assess the existing process of boiler MCR to be able to propose further optimization. These boilers are coupling with steam turbine generators (from 62MW to 102MW each) to supply energy.
• Follow-up the analysis of the laboratory, Efficiency and Load Unit section and check if the adapted treatment of water is well established as well as the oil and all the used chemical products for the 2 phases in this plant.
• Review and assess the current organization, work processes and plans relating to TSD filed services and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Review standard operating procedures (SOPs/or EOPs) for TSD and make recommendations for their enhancement to ensure that they are fit for purpose, including requirements for implementation and training. Monitor, enforce and ensure that these procedures are implemented and enforced at all times.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the TSD field services personnel to ensure effective and efficient flow of work and ensures that all employees recognize their fundamental role in their respective sections.
• Review the systems, tools and data related to operation processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Review the emergency response plans with regard to water production and water quality and make recommendation for improvements.
• Assess the measurement and reporting of KPIs and make recommendations for improvements, including recommendations for additional KPI’s and monitoring and reporting performance of contractors.
• Provide technical support to TSD regarding corporate initiatives for maximizing revenue and reducing operational costs.
• Develop procedures for Operational Control Center and data management, including requirements for implementation and training. Monitor, enforce and insure that these procedures are implemented and enforced at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:
In general the duty is to undertake all necessary actions and work to fulfill the scope to the full satisfaction of the Client and the Clients representative. In particular the duties for the
aforementioned position include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead, direct and monitor the mechanical engineers and mechanical inspectors
• Monitor and inspect mechanical erection / installation/commissioning activities of the
Contractor with regards to progress, compliance with the Contract and applicable
codes/standards, quality, safety and environmental acceptance
• Review and approve Contractor’s mechanical erection/installation/commissioning work
method statements
• Review and approve site related mechanical design/ engineering matters submitted
by the Contractor
• Review and approve Contractor’s site quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC)
system proposed for all mechanical erection/installation/commissioning activities
• Review and approve the proposed mechanical test procedures for
