❖ Payroll processing for more than 600
employees in ERP.
❖ Applying Salary prepaid cards for employees.
❖ Follow-up leave applications of all personnel
including office and site staff and forward it for
management approval.
❖ Calculation and preparation of employee’s
dues on annual leave as well as EOSB and
releasing payment cheques.
❖ Coordinate and arrange flight reservations
through travel agency and online ticket
booking.
❖ Process and co-ordinate all application for
personnel increments and get reports from site
and submit for management approval.
❖ Prepare employees personal documents such
as passports, visa, labour cards, emirates ID
and cancellation documents.
❖ Arrangement of pick-up for staff from the
airport according to their request.
❖ Maintain proper records and documentation
with regard to work force.
❖ Handling Petty cash.
❖ Processing Dubai municipality payments for
various projects.
❖ Provide necessary supervision to all
personnel clerks and secretaries
❖ Performance appraisal of employees of the
organization.
❖ Supply vital counseling to the staff in relation to
employment conditions, health and safety at
work site etc.
❖ Provide proper organization and revision
with necessary management for induction
curriculum.
❖ Handling insurance and site accident claims of
the employees.
❖ Take necessary steps for staff recruiting as
well as their training procedure.
❖ Issue warning letters to absentees etc. for site
workmen and staff
❖ Daily correspondence i.e., emails, memos,
circulars, leave letters etc.
❖ Arrange for gate passes for site.
