Senior Executive performing business development, account management and sales support for the Dubai Design District (d3) project, managed by TECOM Investments (Dubai Holding), a real estate master developer and operator of Dubai's leading business parks.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Identify and support the pursuit of business development opportunities, achieving sales targets and completion of the sales cycle
Independently manage customer accounts while providing outstanding customer service via post-sales support through follow ups, document management, etc
Participate in stakeholder management and relationship building with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls, emails and site visits
Utilize the Salesforce CRM throughout the entire sales process and prepare periodical reports for management information and decision making
Liaise and co-ordinate with internal teams including marketing, leasing, etc and represent the organization in exhibitions and other promotional activities
Demonstrate full product knowledge, understand client requirements and provide best advice to business partners
Planned, developed and monitored hotel’s internet marketing strategy and social media campaign within a set budget
Responsible for the hotel's website development and design and all web related marketing activities
Assist with hotel's other marketing and communications needs, reservations, and staff management
Managed alumni portfolio and contacted Alumni to survey career paths and education satisfaction at University
Contacted alumni for philanthropic contributions as part of the University’s annual telephone campaign
