• Advising clients on Design factors starting from Planning to Execution.
• Familier with the complete conceptualization of Design project.
• Have successfully implemented projects starting from price estimation, material requirements and costs, and have presented complete design proposal to client, with exposure to high network individuals
• Have advised clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and colour coordination.
• Familiar with the complete conceptualization of design projects from start to finish, with ability to produce 2D and 3D design concepts for our clients.
• Proficient in preparing BOQ & Tender Documents.
• Experience in liasing with multiple sub-contractors.
• Pro active with an outgoing personality, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Industry Knowledge in Dubai
• Ability to do multi-tasking and independently sketch and produce 2D and 3D design concepts.
• Strong presentation skills in English.
• Proficiently trained in Autocad, 3dMax and Phototshop.
• 1+year experience in the U.A.E in planning, designing, and furnishing of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
