Clients:
1. LUKOIL: EPC for produced water treatment and water injection facilities expansion at West Qurna 2 project for LUKOIL in Iraq. The project includes the construction of a new water treatment and distribution plant for water injection, in addition to the expansion of the existing system.
2. BGC Shell (Iraq): BNGL project involves gathering the currently flared gas and developing a greater processing capacity for increasing volumes of gas and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs). Some of this capacity expansion will be achieved via the rehabilitation of existing facilities at the North Rumaila and Khor Al Zubair NGL Plants (NR NGL and KAZ) and some via new developments. The design of the Basrah NGL project facilities and infrastructures have been split into four work packages: ISBL, OSBL, Pipelines and Tie-in facilities, and IBC Brownfield Upgrade.
3. ENI: The redevelopment project primarily involves drilling more than 200 wells, construction of treatment and storage facilities, and refurbishing the existing facilities.
The new oil and gas processing plant are capable of treating 80, 000 barrels of crude oil a day. Six crude oil storage tanks with a capacity of 58, 000m³ each were installed at the site.

Requested by Sicim HSE Director to assist in HSE structures on the project.
The project objective is to build a new sales gas delivery system for its new desalination plant at Yanbu 3 in Al Madinah Province. SALINE WATER CONVERSION CORPORATION (SWCC) and Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) have agreed to the development of a Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) in connection with the development, construction, and operation of the SWCC gas supply facilities associated with the new Power plant and Desalination plant. The new sales gas delivery system will tie in into the existing SAUDI ARAMCO gas network.
The Scope of Supply generally includes all required facilities from the interface with the Saudi Aramco main pipeline at KP-19 to the existing boiler gas inlet flanges within the Yanbu 3 Power Plant.
The objective of the SWCC Project is for a new Fuel Gas Regulation Station shall be installed at Yanbu 3 location, downstream of S.A. dedicated facilities.

 Followed HSE management systems and KPIs implementation by TANAP and the project contractors.
 Delivered verification and assurance on HSE performance in line with the TANAP policies and procedures.

I manage LOT 3 Spread 5 & 6 Health & Safety department on site. Involved in early works of camp construction, Contractors' Document review and approval process. Manage the construction of LOT 3 Spread 5 & 6 - 509km of the 56” Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP). My roles and responsibilities were to manage TEKFEN construction company and report directly to TANAP, I implemented all the WorleyParsons health and safety standards on the project as well as implemented my own management systems which later was adopted by the other LOTs on the project. To date 30 March 2017, we have achieved over 12 000 000 man-hours LTI free which has been a great milestone for the Entire TANAP project over all 3 lots including the Limak Port.

Budget: US$11 Billion • Team Size: 37 • Methodology/Tools: Tanap & personal management systems
 Headed the construction of approximately 509 km 56” of pipelines, starting from Yıldızeli to Eskişehir, including 14 Block valve stations, 2 pig stations, and other required facilities.
 Achieved over 12 000 000-man hours LTI free which has been a great milestone for the Entire TANAP project overall 4 Lots, Stations, Compressor Stations, offshore & the Limak Port.

 Successfully managed the expansion project that increased ROMPCO’s gas transmission capacity.
 Built Loop Line 1 to transport gas to customers at the energy hub of Ressano Garcia in Mozambique.
 Led expansion in a capacity that enabled the generation of over 400 MW of power at Ressano Garcia.
 Integrated energy and chemicals company Sasol Technology upgrade in Mozambique Temane Vilanculos. A Compression project at the working CPF plant as well as a 127 KM pipeline from the CPF. All work was completed during brownfields. Completed December 2014 before my company pulled me over to Turkey to complete the Tanap pipeline. We have been in brownfield on the Tanap job for the past 8 months. The entire area of the Tanap metering and compressor stations are brownfields and pigging and Block valve stations.
