My work responsibilities on Clean Fuel & Aromatics (BI-10-000742) include:
•Development of interconnecting P&ID’s
•Utilize Jacobs in-house software (HYDRA) for line sizing
•Developing the Block Flow Diagram (BFD) for overall utility system of Aromatics complex
•Attending HAZOP meeting
•Relief Valve Calculation by utilizing the Jacobs in-house spreadsheet
•Understanding of SAES-L-105 (Piping Material Specification)

My work responsibilities on Closed Drain System (BI-10-00934) include:
•Development of new P&ID’s
•Using JACOBS excel sheet for Safety Pressure Relief Sizing
•Developed hydraulics on Pipephase software.
•Design activities based on the following standards
•SAES-A-401 Closed Drain System (CDS).
•SAES-L-132 (Material Selection of Piping System)
•API660 Shell and Heat Exchangers for General Refinery Service
•Utilizing the HTRI Xchanger software

My work responsibilities on Upgrade water handling system for Hawiyah GOSP-3.
•Developing SPPIDs to upgrade water handling system in Hawiyah GOSP-3
•Documents and requisition preparation for the new tag number and line number
•Upgrade existing fire water system
•Utility consumption estimation
•Utility summary and effluent summary
•Development of hydraulic calculation for utility lines
•Fire water network hydraulics utilizing AFT-Fathom software
•Process inputs and support to other disciplines

My work responsibilities on Install Redundant LPG Piping Network:
•Provide pump calculation and develop process data sheet.

My work responsibilities on FEED for Various Gas Gathering Manifolds
GGM areas are South Haradh and North Haradh, I worked in the modification of the existing trunk line, design new trunk line and scraper trap. Reviewed P&ID’s and provided input to the Line Designation Table (LDT).




My work responsibilities on Existing Loading Rack Facility for diesel oil at Ras Tanure Refinery (RTR)
•Developed LDT ( Line Designation Table)

My work responsibilities on Install Backup Liquid Burn Pit at Abqaiq Plants.

•Documents and requisition preparation of Deliverable Control List (DCL), Deliverable Verification Plan (DVP), tag number and line number.
