- Gained detailed knowledge of UK tax issues including Thin Capitalisation, Transfer Pricing and de-grouping risks during two major restructuring engagements (with a fee of £400k+ each). Also gained a working knowledge of complex overseas tax issues such as German Real Estate Transfer Taxes and the new German Thin Capitalisation rules.
