* Ensure compliance to the quality requirements as per the specification and inspection
stages identified in the approved ITP’s and QCPs
* Conduct inspections of Structure element, pile, pile cap & spread footing, quality
Control of Concreting Activity or as per RFI’s to ensure that work conforms to the
project specifications, material requirements and approved drawings. Offer the work for
client inspection and final acceptance
* Conducting inspections as per daily inspection schedule and coordinate with client
representative for final approval
* Prepare daily inspection reports, review the test results and maintain the QC records
updated.
* Raise Site Observation Reports and Non-Conformance Reports if required.
* Implementing the quality system, planning the inspection and tests as per the approved

Roles & Responsibilities:-
* Monitors the construction work and work site to ensure compliance with applicable plans,
specifications, standards and requirements.
* Conduct the inspection with
Preparation and Implementation of Project Quality Control Procedure for Various Activities,
involving pile foundation, pile cap casting, pier shaft, pier cap casting etc.
* Identification of Quality records, collection & compilation of Quality records.
* Compressive Strength of cube for 7 days & days on daily basis
* Testing of Building material such as cement coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, Bentonite, brick,
water and admixture
* Design mix of concrete for various structures.
* Control in concrete in R.M.C. Plant.
