I have been working as Sr Network Specialist for the project Juniper Networks in CSS Corp since Nov 2013.

- Providing tier tier 3 phone / e-mail / ticketing technical support to Global customers.

- Working in the lab to replicate software issues found during the troubleshooting or reported by customers.

- Submitting the new found bugs to developers and providing the relevant data from the replication test beds.

- Work with the entire range of Juniper equipments: MX/controllers, MP/access-points, location appliance, applications (Ringmaster, Smartpass) - both in real life customer networks and in lab replication environments.

- Layer 2/3 protocol/packet capture analysis, 802.11 protocol/packet capture analysis.

- Deployments, 802.11b/g/a, 802.11n MIMO, site survey, Configuring Virtual Controller or Clustering of controllers for Non-Stop Service, Hitless upgrade of a cluster or In-Service upgrade

- Configuring and Troubleshooting AP affinity groups, L2/L3 roaming, Local-switching of data, VLANs, DHCP, mobility-domain, Network-domain, RRM, WLAN Security (Microsoft RADIUS IAS and NPS) with Microsoft Active Directory, Intrusion detection & prevention in wireless, Wireless VPN, NTP, DNS, Multicast, QoS, WLC with(out) Ringmaster Software, location (location server, RF Maps, location calibration), Voice over WLAN deployments, Spectrum Analysis with Ekahau and InSSider, Wireless Mesh etc.

- Handling issues related with Smartpass (AAA server) and Windows IAS, NPS server that involves EAP, PEAP, EAP-TLS, AAA, Installation, Configuration and design of wireless solutions.

Configuration and maintenance of all versions of Physical and Virtual Meru WLAN Controllers & Access Points.
To resolve issues escalated by Tier 1 while working in sync with the Development team & onsite teams.
Providing Route cause analysis for the issue.
Thorough research of reported network issues by replicating the setup in the Lab.
Filing of Bugs with the product development team after performing Laboratory tests.
To exclusively configure the equipment so as to provide fail-over & redundancy solutions.
To integrate wireless with wired network through configuring L2/L3 uplink switches accordingly.
Configure port bonding on WLAN controller and link-aggregation on uplink switches to increase the bandwidth for traffic.
Configuration and maintenance of Network Monitoring Appliances: EzRF Network Manager.
Configuration and maintenance Network Manager features: Spectrum Analyzer and Service Assurance Manager.
Configuration and maintenance of Authentication Server : Identity Manager, IDM.
To ensure that allocated objectives are accomplished well within the timeframe.
Beta testing of upcoming versions of New Software code releases and features.
To periodically share the outcome of lab tests with the product development team.
To contribute significantly for the resolution of bugs & issues pertaining to existing firmware.
To create Knowledge Base articles with the reported issues that is provided with a resolution.
