Project Quality Management.
Responsible for Quality execution of the project. Need to deal with client regarding quality matters. Followup with the NCRs. Updated status of RFIs and client inspections. Coordination role with the construction team. Evaluation of subcontractors. Conducting Audits and checking quality system of the subcontractors. Implementing Quality functions at the procurement and Stores areas. Handling material receiving inspections and dealing with the vendors. Verifying the specs of Mill Test Certificate, Certificate of Analysis and Traceability.
Ensure PROJECT deliverables fully satisfy QA/QC requirements specified in the CONTRACT.
• Implement and monitor compliance by GPS and its vendor to approved Project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans
• Properly interpret Contract or technical Specifications.
• Review and approve subcontractor/sub vendors quality documents.
• Perform quality assurance audits at various EPC stages.
• Identify non-compliance and approve planned corrective actions.
• Develop inspection and test plans and project specific Quality Plans in accordance with project specifications
• Assure that Project is quality controlled, optimally designed, engineered to appropriate standards and specifications, meeting required product specification and HSE requirements.
• Provide proactive advise to Project Management Team related to quality
The Documentation of all QC Inspection and ISO implementation. Ensuring all the jobs are done as per Work order/ Sales Order in the production Line. The Inspection on Finished products, in-process and incoming Goods. Strive to achieve the targets and objectives of QA/QC & HSE Department of TPI. Strive to conform to TPI’s code of conduct, not violating the rules and regulations. Adhere to TPI’s OH&S regulations.
