arrival.
• Process customs bill of entry through Dubai Trade and apply for invoice e-attestation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of goods after bill of entry
clearance.
• Resolve cargo issues (shortage, damage, claims) promptly and escalate when necessary,
initiating pre-claims as required.
• Notify origin offices of shipment status if not cleared within 2 days, especially for prepaid or
collect shipments.
