JIT (Just in Time) systems follow up in Press shop for supplying the Panels & Blanks to Vendors.
Involved in implementing SMS (Stock Minimizing System)-KANBAN System in Press Shop for Panels & Blanks.
Vendor Problems study and improving their procedures and process for smooth flow of production.
Lean Management & SPC tools utilized to improve the PPC.

Weekly and Monthly Report Preparation for Panel wise, Line wise Efficiency, Pass Ratio, and PPH.
Budget calculation and allocating the Revenue and Supplementary budgets to the
Model wise OS & D.
Preparation of Reports relating to Productivity, Quality & Cost, Delivery.
File management of production reports & audit documents for QS/9000, ISO 14000.
