• Implement corporate branding activities
• Corporate re-branding at the regional level
• Creative and strategic presentations to concept heads
• Co-ordinate with internal divisions
• Annual Budgeting and Plan forecasting for the region
• Plan and execute regional marcom
• Annual Marketing calendar - timely roll outs
• Periodic marketing budget review for the different brands
• Supervise the loyalty programme for the region
• Sponsorships and barter deals for the loyalty program
• Edit in-house newsletter and Loyalty news
• Oversee and guide the implementation of show windows and in- store displays
• Motivate and Handle a team of VM’s / graphic designers
• MIS overlook
• Vendor Management
Handle a portfolio of clients and the team responsible for it. Speculative business pitch, budgeting, advertising management, creative supervision and strategy for clients.
Discuss strategy with product managers
