• Negotiates with respective insurance claim adjuster and defense attorney for possible settlement of the lien thru phone and letters.
• Responsible in proper documentation and calculation of official medical fee schedule under California Workers Compensation Law.
• Prepares weekly and monthly report.
• Responsible for daily ordering raw food and supplies.
• Must be familiarizes with restaurant menu and standard cooking procedures.
• Assist the restaurant general manager in weekly labor schedules and other paperwork.
