Purpose:
To carry out general warehouse duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager. To be
aware of, and follow, warehouse safety procedures. To work as part of the Warehouse
team.

Duties:
• To prepare orders of equipment for campsites, which includes picking of stock.
• To load and unload lorries.
• To be responsible for the safekeeping of company money, vehicles and property.
• To carry out quality control checks and to count and record stock figures.
• To be responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork
and the provision of other information as requested.
• To develop productive working relationships with colleagues.
• To communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, other warehouse staff and
depot staff.
• To brief and assist campsite couriers if required.
• To be able to deal effectively and efficiently with queries and correspondence.
• To be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines.
• To ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities.
• To assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager

· Offload, checking and store all incoming consignments
· Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, tool rooms, supply rooms or other areas
· Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
· Picking and packing for all outgoing orders, ensuring the required goods are picked from the designated locations and packed as per customer requirements.
· Dispatch; check all goods to be against the dispatch documentation and ensure loading onto vehicle
· Ensure accurate stock replenishment
· Scan, cello wrap, pin code, label or execute any other method for product handling as per requirement
· Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
· Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment
· Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities
· Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
· Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage are workers
· Maintain and improve operational requirements in the aid of ISO 9001 standards
