Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet customers and inquire about their needs.
• Advise customers and assist when needed to locate or replace product and to purchase items.
• Work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Answers customer inquiries and calls and take customers’ orders for processing.

Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Storekeeper:
• Stock products such as raw materials and packaging materials
Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouses.
Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing from of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse.
Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.
Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.
Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients
Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment
In conjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physical inventories if required.
Works within the company’s policies, objectives and quality management system.
Keeps the storage area or warehouse clean and presentable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Run-In/Follow Up
Preparing the equipment, chemicals needed, by using of forklift, like wooden poles, aluminum fluoride, and anode cover materials (ACM), launder.
Measuring both temperature and metal height and bath height
Adding Soda Cube and alumina Fluoride, Carbon Bath
Taking (ACD) Anodic Current distribution of pre heating pot for every 3hours
Taking Cathode Temperature for every 3 hours at pre heating pot
Responsible for producing bath for the start up pot
Covering and pot tending the pot for hand over to operation
Enter all gathered data for the whole shift into the micro pot.
Responsible for skimming the pot using the PTM
Reduction Operator
Responsible for anode change using the PTM
Responsible for metal tapping using the PTM
Tapping bath to all pot that has high level bath
Covering the pot using anode covering materials(ACM)
Responsible for taking the ACD anode current distribution to all new anode after 24hours after the anode change,
Pot Tending Machine (PTM)
Responsible for anode change, anode covering, tapping metal, putting aluminum fluoride into the pot,
Anode Pallet Transport Vehicle (APTV)
Responsible for preparing all material needed in anode change, from carbon plant to pot line like crush bin, anode pallet with new anodes
Responsible for removing the crush bin, anode pallet with old anodes from pot line to carbon plant
Responsible for transporting used bath crucible to the cleaning services
Bath Tapping Vehicle (BTV)
Responsible for tapping bath to all pot that has high level of bath
Forklift Operator
Responsible for preparing all equipment and materials needed in the whole shift of Follow Up for producing bath for startup pot like, crush bath, launder, wooden pole, anode cage, crush bin.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREPARATION, PREHEATING AND START UP
Preparing the coke, crash baths, soda, blankets, insulfrax, steel plates and the anodes
Marked the position of coke bed with chalk on the cathode by using the special template.
Placed anodes in correct position in one movement with use of overhead crane.
Placed steel plates in center channel to prevent crashed bath from flowing in between anodes and responsible for measuring Current and Voltage and pre-heating the pot roomfor the preparation of making Aluminum.
Preparing flexibles, shunt, wedge puller, and other equipments needed in preheating.
Lifting shunts using overhead crane with resistance bands disconnected into position. Pull wedges and install shunts consecutively for one wedge point at a time.
Connect all resistance band on all shunts in order to reduce amperage through pots.
Removed flexibles and put them in a respective stand or next pot to be preheated.
Disconnect resistance bands on all shunts after anodes are fixed to the beam.
Checked and correct current destribution and contact voltage on entire pot(0, 5mV - 5, 0mV outside range and contact voltage drop for entire pot higher than 12mV).
CASTHOUSE
Responsible for operating forklift from 3 to15 tonner to move, locate, relocate and stack.
Check information on checklist are correct according to apics.
Check container to be free from damages, container number, and checklist container number corresponds.
Offload bundles from the conveyor, check the bundle number, charge number, weight and alloy code written by stacker is matching the sticker information and ensure they correspond according to checklist.
Duties & Responsibilities:
