 Enter all gathered data for the whole shift into the micro pot.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PREPARATION, PREHEATING AND START UP
Preparing the coke, crash baths, soda, blankets, insulfrax, steel plates and the anodes
Marked the position of coke bed with chalk on the cathode by using the special template.
Placed anodes in correct position in one movement with use of overhead crane.
Placed steel plates in center channel to prevent crashed bath from flowing in between anodes and responsible for measuring Current and Voltage and pre-heating the pot roomfor the preparation of making Aluminum.
Preparing flexibles, shunt, wedge puller, and other equipments needed in preheating.
Lifting shunts using overhead crane with resistance bands disconnected into position. Pull wedges and install shunts consecutively for one wedge point at a time.
Connect all resistance band on all shunts in order to reduce amperage through pots.
Removed flexibles and put them in a respective stand or next pot to be preheated.
Disconnect resistance bands on all shunts after anodes are fixed to the beam.
Checked and correct current destribution and contact voltage on entire pot(0, 5mV - 5, 0mV outside range and contact voltage drop for entire pot higher than 12mV).

CASTHOUSE
Responsible for operating forklift from 3 to15 tonner to move, locate, relocate and stack.
Check information on checklist are correct according to apics.
Check container to be free from damages, container number, and checklist container number corresponds.
Offload bundles from the conveyor, check the bundle number, charge number, weight and alloy code written by stacker is matching the sticker information and ensure they correspond according to checklist.
