. Install and configure biomedical equipment in critical care areas ( e.g: Anesthesia machine,
Defibrillator, Infusion/ Syringe pumps) . Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
for all high risk and life-support equipment . Respond promptly to breakdowns or malfunction reports
prioritizing ICU, Operating Theater, Emergency and Neonatal units . Regularly calibrate critical
equipment to meet clinical and safety standards . Keep an up-to-date inventory of all biomedical
equipment including device history, warranty and replacement plans . Train clinical staff on proper
use, care, and basic troubleshooting of biomedical devices . Ensure backup equipment and
emergency kits (Manual resuscitators, spare monitors, oxygen systems) are always available .
Maintain service logs, preventive maintenance records and repair history . Submit regularly reports to
hospital management on equipment status, downtime and budget need . Participate in technical
evaluation of tenders and equipment procurement

equipment . Prioritizing work process of repair . Keeping historical repair record . Support health
centers in biomedical equipment management . Compile data and report timely all in formations
regarding the management of medical equipment . Declare timely a breakdown of medical equipment
for further repair . Assist in planning and carrying out activities related to medical equipment
management . Participate in evaluation and progress, monitoring of activities related to biomedical
equipment management and fire fighting . Giving advice in procurement of medical equipment .
Implement and perform all other tasks given by hierarchical supervisor . Respect values and taboos
as it is established into hospital internal rules and regulations
