My responsibilities include:
1 - Entering data of new joiners (new employee) on oracle.
2- Collect all document of the new joiners (new employee) and open for them a file + database.
3- Book Hotels for business trips and guests who visit the company.
4 - Scheduling the interview for candidate with the HR manager.
5 - Searching for CV on gulf talent for any vacancy in the company.
6 - Calling candidate and have a small interview with them over the phone.
• Social media coordinator run the Twitter, Instagram of the committee
• Responsible for the E-magazine of the committee overall design and content, both English and Arabic version
• Assigned to work directly with the marketing management of MacDonald’ to arrange a full day workshop called think big for students.
• Chosen to be the introducer and presenter of the Think big workshop with McDonalds.
• Assigned to make sure all suppliers needed are available.
• Was the head of social media team, had 4 students working with me in the team, we were responsible for Tweets and photos during a workshop.
Answering all kind of questions related to Qatar University in any field and any situation. I was responsible for:
Answering all questions from various individuals being students, parent, employee and international students
Mark down all complains from individuals via email
Organize the working time for students who worked as a part time in the call center
Evaluate the calls according to criteria of evaluation to prove performance of the agents
