DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reporting to the Project Manager & part of Construction Team.
• Manage contractors and craft personnel on multiple projects.
• Preparing Electrical and Instrumentation documents such as Material Approval Request, Method of Statement and Inspection Test Plan
• Coordinate between construction contractor and Engineering to resolve field discrepancies in design packages.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC as per site condition.
• Maintain/monitor progress on construction schedule and ensure scheduling milestones are understood are being met.
• Provide constructive feedback to the design team during the select, define and execute phase of project.
• Assist in the planning and level loading of all construction contractors.
• Initiate total cost estimate request.
• Lead pre job kick-off meeting.
• Participates in Mechanical Completion and system handover walkthrough.
• Site survey to close down the punch list and non-conformance report (NCR).
• Supporter HSSE policies and resolves problems encountered in the field to eliminate costly re-work.
