1.) Prepare all the things to be needed in daily routine work especially the menu, order
slip, tools and equipment
2.) Wash, peel and cut fruit, vegetables and sometimes meat in preparation area.
3.) Mix ingredients of different kind of salad and make salad dressing.
4.) Making variety of sandwiches to be sell.
5.) Assist my cook or chef in western area for preparing ala carte.
6.) Fry some foods and boil some vegetables for western area.
7.) Accepting food deliveries and store it on their designated area.
8.) Stack and store food supply, equipment and other utensils in the kitchen.
9.) Cleaning the kitchen surfaces.Sweaping, mopping the floor and throwing the garbage if the work
was already finish.

7.) Making sure the linen are thightened and net, bathroom are clean and all amenities are replaced.
Double check the room before go out.
8.) Reporting all cleaned rooms and doing some extra activities.
9.) Most of all, always be courteos, polite and honest.That was my only weapon to be proud of.
