Our company is a big Agriculture & Food processing company that produce different type of product, ( French fries, Jam, Pickles, Frozen vegetables, fresh Pre-cut vegetables, Puree, Quail Birds( Frozen and chilled), Poultry ( Frozen & Chilled), Vegetables & Fruit, Flowers & Roses, Dairy Product, Dry Grains),
**In My position:
My responsibility in addition to the below all technical support for all branches
Member for operation and maintenance committee
Member for Asset approve committee
Member and final technical approve for all farms projects
I am managing all the Factories which have many sections to make many type of productions like following:
•Feed Mill No.1
•Feed Mill No. 2
•Carton Factory
•Dairy Factory
•Polystyrene Factory
•Food Factory
I have in each section a head section he is responsibility for the daily operation and follow up the budget in monthly basis.
And I have in the branch more than 150 labors (Male, Female).
My responsibility in managing of the branch to achieve the following goals :
•Profits and losses, and to prepare the annual budget and capital expenditure.
•Help for sales for the Feed factories, carton and Polystyrene factories
•Coordination with the of Materials Department and Procurement branch to ensure that all budget materials and the spare parts arrival in the timely and best price.
•Follow-up the execution of projects for the branch as the annual plan.
•Work with the quality department to implement the requirements of quality and meet the requirements of the certification of ISO 22000
•Working with personnel department to secure the labor required to achieve the production plan for the sections
•Working with sales department and logistic department for un plan sales order
•Prepare monthly branch results include the P&L production budget and the deviation reports to the top management
• Prepares detailed reports on work activities and related issues for consideration by our COO
•Achieve the branch Target and budget at least

I am managing animal production branch which have many sections to make many type of productions like following:
•Feed Mill No.1
•Feed Mill No. 2
•Biggest quail Farms in the word including the hatchery and Slaughterhouse
•Dairy Factory
•Parlor
•Caw Farms
•Calve Farms
I have in each section a head section he is responsibility for the daily operation and follow up the budget in monthly basis.
I have in the branch around 20 engineers and doctors in addition to 15 supervisors
And I have in the branch more than 250 labor (Male, Female).

My duties in the project managements based on the following procedure :
•Receive all the requirements from the owner of the project
•Start requirements analyzing.
•Search and Find the sources for provide and supply the projects partly or turnkey project locally or overseas.
•Preparation of technical specifications for each project with coordination with the Project Owner.
•With purchasing department start communicated with the potential suppliers.
•Start Receiving Offers
•Then making offers studying technically and financially and be sure these offers will meet the requirements
•Issuing recommendations approved for the vendor based on several criteria for decision-making like the pricing, quality, after sales service, warranty period, , , ,
• Begin implementation for the requirements, which include also safety and quality standards and maintenance.
•Make sure that all stages of the implementation for the project was according to the Bid requirements and specifications.

•General supervision of the maintenance department.
•Follow with material planer all the safety stock and stock management and delivery schedule.
•Put plan for Lines capacity and how to utilize in best manner.
•Introduce some alternative for Cost reduction plan in formula of recipe for some items where is possible.
•Implementation of preventive maintenance programs
•Work on prepare and the implementation of the company budget and in all category productive and financial and sales.
•Prepare a presentation for the top management for the financial and strategic result of the factory P&L report with justification in Quarterly Basis, with share of financial Officer.
•Prepare a deviation repot in case of short or increase in production VS budget and demand.
•Full responsibility for the purchase of machines and equipment, including the company's production lines
Our company produced different type of product, ( Biscuit (soft and hard biscuit), short cut pasta, long pasta, dry mix, nest … ),
**In My position:
•Develop and implementation for Maintenance predictive & cost-effective programs for reliable plant operations to keep plant, utilities and facilities in optimum efficiency.
•Maintain sufficient capacity for all lines in the plant.
•Supervise Plant operation to ensure delivery of goods in timely manner with highest level of quality.
•Reduce/eliminate batch failure and rejections by ensuring proper processing.
•Organize the work progress between Factory divisions, and ensure continuous coordination between departments.
•Follow up with machine performance through historical data and initiate steps to improve performance.
•Preparing the production programs daily, monthly, yearly.
•Prepare the Annual Budget for the Operation and Maintenance department.
•I make one project with installing new short cut pasta from Italy
•Our biscuit line from Werner & Pfleiderer from Germany

•Full responsibility for machines maintenance
•Implement preventive maintenance program
• Make the needed modifications for some machines.
Install Pneumatic systems and air compressor
