Our company is a big Agriculture & Food processing company that produce different type of product, ( French fries, Jam, Pickles, Frozen vegetables, fresh Pre-cut vegetables, Puree, Quail Birds( Frozen and chilled), Poultry ( Frozen & Chilled), Vegetables & Fruit, Flowers & Roses, Dairy Product, Dry Grains),

**In My position:

My responsibility in addition to the below all technical support for all branches
Member for operation and maintenance committee
Member for Asset approve committee
Member and final technical approve for all farms projects

I am managing all the Factories which have many sections to make many type of productions like following:

•Feed Mill No.1
•Feed Mill No. 2
•Carton Factory
•Dairy Factory
•Polystyrene Factory
•Food Factory


I have in each section a head section he is responsibility for the daily operation and follow up the budget in monthly basis.

And I have in the branch more than 150 labors (Male, Female).

My responsibility in managing of the branch to achieve the following goals :

•Profits and losses, and to prepare the annual budget and capital expenditure.
•Help for sales for the Feed factories, carton and Polystyrene factories

•Coordination with the of Materials Department and Procurement branch to ensure that all budget materials and the spare parts arrival in the timely and best price.

•Follow-up the execution of projects for the branch as the annual plan.

•Work with the quality department to implement the requirements of quality and meet the requirements of the certification of ISO 22000

•Working with personnel department to secure the labor required to achieve the production plan for the sections

•Working with sales department and logistic department for un plan sales order

•Prepare monthly branch results include the P&L production budget and the deviation reports to the top management

• Prepares detailed reports on work activities and related issues for consideration by our COO

•Achieve the branch Target and budget at least

My duties in the project managements based on the following procedure :
•Receive all the requirements from the owner of the project
•Start requirements analyzing.
•Search and Find the sources for provide and supply the projects partly or turnkey project locally or overseas.
•Preparation of technical specifications for each project with coordination with the Project Owner.

•With purchasing department start communicated with the potential suppliers.
•Start Receiving Offers
•Then making offers studying technically and financially and be sure these offers will meet the requirements
•Issuing recommendations approved for the vendor based on several criteria for decision-making like the pricing, quality, after sales service, warranty period, , , ,
• Begin implementation for the requirements, which include also safety and quality standards and maintenance.
•Make sure that all stages of the implementation for the project was according to the Bid requirements and specifications.
