Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment activities; meets with individuals, departments and committees to define position, selection criteria, timelines, etc.
To work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Write accurately and comprehensive reports, perform and prioritize tasks under time constraints; perform detailed tasks with accuracy, communicate effectively in English, orally and written directions.
Maintain the working relationships with co-worker, interact with other employees, courteous and friendly manner; demonstrate sensitivity, and respect for a diverse population
Maintain and updates the company website by posting new vacancy position required.
Review recruitment paperwork’s, “Inquiries from the client” which are the Job description, minimum requirements and all important details information, for the required positions, to assure for completeness and accurate job. With coordination with the Senior Recruitment Officer.
Search and Select candidate from the Portals. Which was our company had an account or registered.
My strategy for selecting / searching candidates, in order to provide the right candidates required;
1. Searching C.V.’s from Company C.V.’s data bank / Portals / Contacting Emailing the -Tie-Up Agencies.
2. Contacting / emailing / telephone interview screening with the candidates.
3. C.V. reviews if the candidate meets the minimum requirements.
4. If the candidates are qualified and meet the minimum requirements, discussed the salary package if the candidates agree, proceed for the submission,
5. Assured that the candidates is aware for the submission and processing of application.
6. Keep them update about their application - by contacting & emailing.
7. Time management, submission ahead of time, before the closing date.
8. To comply and update the client for the ongoing recruitment process and meet the deadline submission.
