Provided research and training for member delegates attending DC Door Knock advocacy event. Directly responsible for sponsorship of events and sales of memberships; membership dues account for 75% of total budget and support five staff. Sponsorship and event sales make up the balance of the budget.
Directed 5M USD budget, 63 staff, five service points, seven earnings operations and strategic planning efforts. Operations included public services, human resources, finance and construction management. The 130, 000 square foot facility and distributed operations served over 500, 000 customers annually and supported 12, 000 faculty/staff and 100, 000 classes. Capital projects during tenure totalled 50M USD.
