Store Admin cum logistics and procurement for Arabian Adventures’ desert safari tours.
Solely migrated entire stocks from an excel inventory to a POS inventory management
system. Establish SOP and control of materials going out from stores. Created an
inventory monitoring of usage at the desert camps to limit wastage which resulted in 15%
savings for consumable purchases. Managed site relocation of the complete warehouse.
Facility Management Site Lead for the client (MONDELEZ INTERNATIONAL) with
30, 000sq, ft. of commercial space. Lead a team of 4 direct and housekeeping teams.
Achieved a 10% savings within the 1st contract year with an annual budget of $250, 000.
Streamlined the consumable purchasing and negotiate Office Equipment AMCs.
Understand and enforce CBRE HSE policy. Contributor in the
creation of HSE policy for the client. Management of sub-contractors, and enforcement of
SLAs. Supervised PPM of equipment on site. Initiated weekly reporting to client
stakeholders regarding achievement, work in progress, and plans for the week.
Responsible for the property-related concerns of the client GE (General Electric);
Understanding and enforcing the client’s policy of EHS standards and guidelines; Facility
Management and Operations of the 8 offices in UAE, Oman & Kuwait - over 150, 000 sq.
ft area; Lead a team of 6 direct reporting personnel and 29 indirect reporting personnel;
Helping the Facility Manager in Managing an Annual Facility Budget of over $1, 000, 000;
the First point of contact for staff inquiries, complains and facility requests
