Duties are the following:
• Member of a system administration team that is responsible for a Portal Servers in Data Centre were hosted our E-Government Portal Website.
• Configuring, Installing & Managing of AD, External DNS, FTP Server, TMG 2010, File Servers, Web Servers, LYNC 2010
• Configuration of Virtual Datacenter using MS-HYPER V & VMWARE ESXi servers for Testing, Staging & Internal production servers
• Configured and implemented MS-Forefront TMG for hosting web servers, VPN, Reverse Proxy, and Firewall.
• Maintaining Help Desk portal, to resolve the employee problems & needs
• Configuration, monitor and troubleshooting network services DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP.
• Installed software, patching, upgrading and maintenance of operating system.
• Installed, upgraded and maintenance of server hardware components as per requirement.
• Interact with the clients to resolve the queries, issues and problems.
• Backup and disaster recovery operations.
