Coordinate the organization, staffing and operational activities for the wastewater treatment plant.

Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities; recommend and implement resulting policies and procedures.
▪
Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures; identify resource needs; review with appropriate management staff; implement improvements.
▪
Direct, coordinate and review the work plan for assigned plant operations services and activities; assign work activities and projects; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
▪
Oversee wastewater sanitation plant operations including all instrumentation and laboratory analysis.
▪
Coordinate and integrate wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance functions.
▪
Prepare monthly compliance reports to the Regional Water Quality Control Board; oversee software programs that generate technical reports on water quality; troubleshoot and change spread sheets as required.
▪
Purchase all chemicals used in wastewater treatment process; set up annual contracts with chemical suppliers.
▪
Participate in pre-construction meetings to advise and/or suggest different ways to meet desired goals. Select, train, motivate and evaluate plant operations and laboratory personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline and termination procedures.

Participate in the development and administration of assigned program budget; forecast funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; recommend adjustments as necessary

Oversee and manage the biological start-up operation of a full-scale wastewater treatment plant until the design capacity is reached. Condition in the plant is optimized so that the guaranteed effluent quality is maintained. Trouble shooting is also done in the course of biological start-up.

Supervision of sewage collection system (Total 64 Pumping stations)at Airport

Responsible for the O & M of the Waste Water treatment Plant (100 MLD Capacity)

Analyze and recommend chemical, biological, or other wastewater treatment methods to prepare water for industrial or domestic use

Conduct environmental impact studies related to water and wastewater collection, treatment, or distribution
▪
Assist in dealing with problems and issues about the plant
▪
Utilization of Computerized Maintenance management System (MAXIMO & ORACLE, SAP) for preventive maintenance and Inventory
▪
Commercial negotiations with key suppliers and sub-contractors, management of the supply chain on multiple projects
▪
Evaluate data and provide immediate solutions and corrective actions on process related issues encountered during the operation of the wastewater treatment.
▪
Scheduling for Preventive maintenance and Master Plan for waste water treatment plant operation
▪
Ensured cost-effective labor utilization by maximizing the available human resources
▪
Preparing the necessary documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Training Module, and Equipment Maintenance Procedure as per specific project and work permits
▪
Manage program area divisions including inspection, repair, operation and maintenance of water distribution and wastewater collection systems at Hamad International Airport
▪
Preparing the budget and KPI of the plant. And Purchasing of Spare-parts & Equipment for waste treatment plants
▪
Broad understanding of Wastewater Network operations processes and theory
▪
Detailed knowledge of all relevant Pumping Station and equipment like Motors, Pumps, Centrifuges, Screw Pumps, Filter Press etc
▪
Excellent understanding of preventative maintenance theory and techniques of all types of Mechanical Rotating & Static equipment
▪
Responsible for maintaining all equipment related to Wastewater collection network comprising of 64 Sewage lift stations including pumps, odor control units & HDPE piping Network spread across New Doha International Airport with a coverage area more than 22 sq. km.

At present Running Treatment Plants programmed with SCADA (System Control and Diagnostics Aids) & Marcom Vision

Process involves Separation of sludge particles by Settlers, Microbial Degradation of Harmful Dyes in Bio tower, Dissolved Air Filtration, Filtration by Sand and Carbon Filters Maintaining Chemical Dosing and RO & UF chemical cleaning for efficient plant operation.

Monitoring and Maintaining Chemicals and Spares stock for Effective Plant Operation
▪
Effective Co-Ordination with Other Department like Project/ Logistic Team as well as with the project personnel of the client
▪
Maintaining the water parameters as required and water analysis as per the system requirement. Servicing of Pretreatment plants and softener units
▪
Monitoring and observation of the plant parameters and providing suitable
▪
Reverse Osmosis and Softener plant Erection and commissioning activities
▪
