their issues in an effective and timely manner
* Providing effective walkthroughs to customers who are having
challenges with updating their account, placing orders, and making
payments
* Creating a bug report whenever a problem arises and coordinating
with the team for a resolution or workaround
* Assisting customers who are affected by any fraudulent activity on
