Monitoring the overall Induction, Joining formalities & Settlement Process
• Taking Induction Session for the new entrants in the Organization.
• Co-ordination with the new entrants, their appointment letters, employment specifications, processing, Corporate salary A/c and other employment registration forms (collecting the relevant documents of previous employment)
• Monitoring drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letter and experience letters.
• Initiating absconding and termination for absconding employees.
• Conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employee resignation.
• Monitoring relieving procedures and settlement considering exit interview forms, No due certificates and the amount due from the employee.
Statutory areas
• Preparing summery of new joinees and resigned employees.
• Coordinating and monitoring the statutory for Chennai region along with the external consultant.
• Taking care of any audit / inspection by external government agencies.
General HR areas
• Manage Employee counseling, personal issues & grievance handling
• Initiating ‘fun at work’, periodical seminars / meetings, cultural activities & celebrations.
• Monitoring the help desk activities for Chennai region.
• Monitoring and taking care of employee issues on letter / leaves / exit etc.
• Taking care of medicines at office and tie ups with different hospitals.
