•Make the best level of customer service and holding all complains, make the customer come again.
•Motivate the staff to push the sale and make the targets.
•Prepare parts targets to make the daily target and cover the other days.
•Prepare a fair schedule with all the staff needs.
•Holding the shop accounting things on a daily base.
•Arrange the stock room before and after the stock-entrance and the transfers.
•Checking the e-mails and replay on time.
•Report to the area manager and the sales manager on a daily base.
Super carries out supervising and coordinating activities of dining-room employees along with providing courteous and rapid service to diners.
•Makes guests welcome and lead them to tables they need.
