11. Making a monthly report on the synthesis store (spare parts - batteries - tires - used oils) and taking the decision to sell them attached with quotations from buyers contracting with the company.
12. Making a daily report on the number of vehicles and in the company garage and dealers and other garages contracting with the company (Ready - in Progress - Awaiting approval or spare parts and send it to the concerned managers and employees.
