• Determine the Cost Breakdown for: Materials, Equipment, Consumables, etc.
• Present the corresponding Total Direct & Indirect Costs
• Prepare the Technical Proposal (Construction Schedule, Man Power Mobilization, etc…)
• Request for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Participate in an 8-week summer internship program in Dbayeh Waterfront
• Complete a rotation across all the departments and gained both on-site and in-office technical experience

• Work with the design office on revising and editing drawings
