I was the lead agent of the Catalog team : incorrect information on the detail page (IIDP) for Amazon Selling Support Partner. I was also an agent in Merchant field.
I was a part of an Anglophone project which targetted the whole UK (Driving Licence forms assistance). I used to handle the reception of call, forms filling, assistance, explanation of service, cancellation of service and refunds.
I worked on this project for one year and two months time.
