Reviewing project contract documents and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance.
 Review the Request for Information (RFI), change requests / Variations submitted by the Contractors(s).
 Supervision & Monitoring of works in accordance with project specification and approved drawings and issuing NCR for any non-conformance.
 Witness and report on inspection and testing of materials and plant supplied under the construction works contract and arrange for these to be carried out on behalf of the Client.
 Make sure that the works are being carried out in a correct manner and in accordance with the best construction practices and as per the contract specifications.
 Actively work with all of the project team members to avoid construction difficulties and to resolve any such difficulties in an effective and timely manner.
 Participate in drafting answers to questions and requests. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government and DAR regulations.
 Attending site meetings to resolve site design related issues.
 Participate in contractor coordination meetings.
 Manage and co-ordinate the discharge of MEP Consultants obligations as defined in the consultancy agreements.
 Prepare site instructions, responses to RFIs and construction change orders on mechanical subjects consulting that with other team members if needed, and upon approval by the Client, variations covering revisions with time and/or cost implications.
 Review and approve mechanical subjects of method statements submitted by contractors for carrying out different phases of the work.
 Comply with all other mechanical engineering related tasks included in the Consultant's scope of works.
 Ensuring the Compliance on the Safety regulations as per the Local bodies and Site safety norms.

Responsibilities:
• Installation and testing, commissioning of Mep systems like, Plumbing and fire suppression systems, HVAC Systems in new projects.
• Plans, schedules, conduct and coordinate the technical and management aspects of the assigned projects.
• Manages the Technical Supervisors and Technicians to get up to date information for forecasting site progress on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Knows the work to foresee any problems during the installation so that proper corrective action can be undertaken to resolve the issue. This includes coordinating with the required on-site people to find a solution to the problem.
• Keep a proper documentation for all site activities.
• Submitting, correspondences, drawings. Follow up, coordination, administration and total management offsite. Attend the project management meetings. Coordination of testing and commissioning activities.
• Responsible for making BOQ for as per project requirements and raise purchase requisition.
• Receives all the equipment, materials, and tools as requested and reconciling them with the requested orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of items.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.

• Preparation of As Build Drawing, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Handling of proper Procurement, monitoring & Inventory control, independent planning, supervision, control of tools & equipment’s.
• Reporting to Project Manager about the progress and material requirements.
• Arrange meeting with approved Vendor and Clients Engineer as per the contract requirement and brief them about the selection and quality procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Material takeoff and execution of Plumbing works.
• Material takeoff and execution of firefighting works.
•Prepare "As-Built Drawings" and O & M Manuals.
•Give employees the information, technology and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs
s
