Duties and Responsibilities
1. Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) / Estimation Engineer
• Prepares work to estimate by gathering RFQ’s, MTO, Technical data sheets, drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Evaluate and review of tender/job-on-hand documents, specifications, and single line diagram drawings.
• Provide a program for the completion of the project in accordance with client’s requested time frame.
• Prepare Bill of materials, Technical quotation and Commercial quotation using the Quotex System for estimation and ERP.
• Prepare request of information, clarification / assumptions on the technical matters to the client.
• Providing accurate and detailed cost breakdowns with qualifications.
• Prepare Variation Costing for the ongoing project as per request changes of the client.
• Provide pre-qualification documents of the company to a new client.
• Providing sales support and Project Coordination.
• Interact with different departments to review, discuss project scope and estimate basis and consult on company estimating methods/procedures.
