· Monitors and audits contracts for air conditioning, cleaning and hygiene, fire
alarm maintenance, generators, UPS systems, BMS and utilities.
· Monitors and handles delivery of technical projects such as major / minor
rectification works
· Works and coordinates with outsourced consultants and service providers
for the following:
1. Security systems, including guarding, access control, CCTV, car park
barriers, etc
2. MEP systems including chilled water, and related distribution networks
3. BMS and controls systems
4. Fire alarm systems & strategy
5. Lighting and lighting controls management and review
6. All other MEP management and review
· Responsible for Facilities Management budgeting, including energy
management
· Responsible for operating equipment requirements analysis
· Ensure Emaar’s customers are provided with a comfortable environment
· Monitors the statutory testing of services, such as fire alarms, generators
and other life safety systems.
· Management of handover matters including close scrutiny of complex
technical systems such as gas or fire suppression etc.
· Performs site visits and attend to issues raised by customers
· Ensures timely closure of Service Requests as per company procedures
Registered Civil Engineers Licensure Examination – PASSED Philippine Government Examination for Civil Engineers on May 2003
