- Participates in the development, modification and implementation of company’s job evaluation policies, systems and procedures. Assists in large-scale job maintenance programs and follows up on such programs until finalization.
- Assists the Policy & Compensation Section staff in the preparation of materials for job evaluation exercises. Includes collection of all necessary job descriptions, organization charts and related supporting paper work
- Assists in the preparation of draft job descriptions highlighting duties, responsibilities and required qualifications and experience; follow up prepared job descriptions with concerned Section Head until finalization/approval; submits approved job descriptions for evaluation.
- Assists the Senior Analyst in the preliminary evaluation of company’s jobs based on approved job descriptions and using the company job evaluation plan.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of Takreer benchmark jobs and updates grade placement chart in accordance with new evaluation results.
- Assists, in compensation and salary survey studies conducted by ADNOC and other regional oil and gas companies.
- Maintains data bank and extracts simple tables related to Compensation, including job grades, evaluation date and JEC meetings.
- Assists/prepare KPIs/KMs reports, QPRM reports & Internal Audit reports periodically according to Section’s standards.
- All information related to allowances, benefits, new/amendments to policies, etc. are timely prepared, properly filed and regularly updated.

- Supervise & Coordinate all personnel administration activities such as setting up staff accommodation, employee counseling, corrective guidance, handling of individual and collective grievances etc.

- Preparation of HR Monthly report for the Management.
